I miejsce Julii Kartasińskiej z EkSocu UŁ w ogólnopolskim konkursie na pracę licencjacką

A graduate of BA studies, majoring in Finance and International Business, Julia Kartasińska took first place in the jubilee 10th edition of the national competition for the best BA and MA theses in the field of "international economic relations". The competition has been organised since 2013, based on the agreement between the Rectors of seven leading economic universities.

Julia Kartasińska won the first prize for her BA thesis written and defended at the Department of International Business and Trade of the University of Lodz for the thesis entitled: "Wykorzystanie fenomenu „Hallyu Wave” (koreańskiej fali) w rozwijaniu biznesu na rynku międzynarodowym" [Using the phenomenon of "Hallyu Wave" (Korean wave) in developing business on the international market]. The supervisor of the work was Dr hab. Magdalena Rosińska-Bukowska, Associate Professor at the University of Lodz.

Works submitted for the Competition are reviewed by 6 reviewers from six universities (except for the home university) – the winner is the person whose work receives the highest marks. BA thesis by Julia Kartasińska received 15 points and five nominations for the first prize, the second placed work received 8 points and one nomination.

The competition has been organised since 2013, based on an agreement between the Rectors of seven leading economic universities:
